Friday Morning Update

Good morning. Mrs. Raws has a trial run for her treatment today and then starts her seven weeks of daily treatments on Tuesday. I know that she will appreciate hearing from you on the blog or via email: rraws@comcast.net.

Thank you again for your prayers on behalf of Ruth and the girls.

Dear Ruth:

You are in my prayers; that during the upcoming treatments, you will be resting in His love. This will be my first Christmas without my precious husband and certainly it is a difficult time for both of us; may the Lord surround us with His sweet presence. Love, Joann w.
P.S. Love the picture of you and your precious grandaughter!

Dear Ruth, it was so good to see you at the chapel on Sunday evening and find out that your treatments are finished. God is so good. I trust that the Lord will use this experience for you to be an encouragement to others that would go through the same thing. I know that God will give the strength you need in the coming days.
Love, Connie Wood

The Wood family verse:

Dear Pastor & Mrs Raws,
God laid you on my heart today...it has been years since I have been at Keswick, but there are many memories of Dad (Jim Becker) coming down for board meetings and playing with your grand-kids. Please know that you are appreciated for all the work you do and have done. Thanks for your willingness to serve so many through the years. I will pray as your health has been an issue that God will give you strength and peace through this time.
