Tuesday morning Update

Pastor Bill had a rough night, to the point that they considered sending him to Jersey Shore. He has stabilized to a point that they have decided not to transfer him at this point. In addition to the strep infection, he does have congestive heart failure and bacterial pneumonia. There is another test that they need to do at some point, but it would require them to sedate him and he is not well enough to do the test right now.

I will keep you posted as I get information. Your notes of encouragement will be much appreciated by Pastor Bill and his family.

Dear Pastor Bill and Ruth, I just went on the Keswick website to check Lindsay's blog and saw Pastor Bill's picture and was so surprised to hear what's been happening to him! Thank you so much, Bill (Welte), for putting this blog up or else we wouldn't have known about the urgent need for prayer for both Pastor Bill and Ruth. You are both such special, special people to so many for so many reasons and we are honored to join the chorus of prayers going up to our Father on your behalf. May healing come quickly and may you know the incredible peace through all of this that we all have experienced when faced with such enormous trials. May God bless you both and may you feel His loving arms wrapped around you at this time. Love in Christ, Alan & Janet Jaeger
